Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every self-serve tier starts with a 14-day free trial, no payment details required. Signing up creates your organization and admin account immediately.
- What counts as an active study?
- A study that is open for enrollment or data capture. Archived and locked studies do not count against your tier limit, and your data remains exportable on every tier.
- Is the platform 21 CFR Part 11 compliant?
- The platform implements the Part 11 technical controls: unique accounts, audit trails, signature binding, record versioning, and access controls, with automated validation evidence for each. Full compliance also involves your own SOPs, and we provide a shared-responsibility matrix that spells out both sides.
- Can we migrate from our current EDC or CTMS?
- Yes. ODM-XML import brings studies and data in from existing systems, including audit trails where the source provides them. Interoperability is included in every tier.
- Do you charge for report building or data export?
- No. Dashboards, the report builder, API access, and human-readable plus machine-readable exports are included. Your data is yours.
